Philadelphia Gas Works Natural Gas Costs for Fall to Increase
Posted on: Sep 01, 2016(Philadelphia, Pa. – September 1, 2016) – As of September 1, Philadelphia Gas Works (PGW) residential, commercial, industrial and municipal customers natural gas rates will increase for the quarter. The rate for typical residential customers, for instance, will increase for the next three months from its current $1.124 per hundred cubic feet (Ccf) to $1.236 per Ccf. The new rate reflects what PGW pays for the gas.
