News Release: PGW Offices Will Close in Honor of Labor Day
Posted on: Sep 03, 2021PHILADELPHIA (September 3, 2021) – Philadelphia Gas Works’ (PGW) offices will be closed on Monday, September 6, 2021, in observance of Labor Day. All gas odors or any gas-related emergency should be immediately reported to PGW’s 24-hour Emergency Hotline at 215-235-1212.
PGW offices will resume normal business hours on Tuesday, September 7, 2021.
Customers who need to access account information can log into their PGW My Account, and may make cash payments at hundreds of local retailers including CVS, Dollar General, Family Dollar, and 7- Eleven. For information, visit pgworks.com/customer-care/your-home/ways-to-pay.
Entering the holiday weekend COVID-19 remains a health concern. PGW reminds customers and employees to be safe and follow CDC and local health guidelines.
