Make It A Day On … Not A Day Off

Philadelphia has known PGW to provide safe, reliable natural gas service, engage the community at outreach events, and answer your calls and questions whenever and wherever we can. We are passionate about what we do, and who we do it for. That’s why our employees are serving Dr. King, and Philadelphia, by making Monday a day on, not a day off.
How will you honor Dr. King’s legacy? 
This year PGW employees will be volunteering on Sunday, January 19, at JRA Warehouse, packing and delivering food to families in the Greater Philadelphia area. Then, on Monday, January 20, we’ll gather at Philadelphia Recovery Community Center to participate in a community beautification project along Lehigh Avenue from Broad Street to 22nd Street. A second team will be lending a hand at McVeigh Recreation Center. If you can join us, we’d love to volunteer along with you. Events are sponsored by United Way.
