Delivering Vital Services

March is National Red Cross Month and we think it’s important that we, and our Philadelphia neighbors and friends, take a minute to thank @RedCrossPhilly for all the contributions they make to our community.

In the natural gas industry, the safe, reliable delivery of natural gas is key. At PGW we run a 24/7 operation to keep gas flowing. Safe delivery is our business so we understand and recognize the level of commitment organizations like the American Red Cross make to their deliveries.

The Red Cross delivers:

• Disaster relief (food, clothing and shelter);

• Lifesaving blood (thanks to its 4 million donors); and

• Support and training (like CPR, first aid and lifeguard training) just to name a few.

PGW has partnered with the American Red Cross for nearly a century, and we continue to do so through training sessions, blood drives and other volunteer opportunities. So from one delivery service to another …Thank you American Red Cross.
