PGW OFFICES WILL CLOSE IN HONOR OF LABOR DAY
Posted on:Sep 03, 2020PHILADELPHIA (Sept. 3, 2020) – Philadelphia Gas Works’ (PGW) offices will be closed on Monday, Sept. 7, 2020, in observance of Labor Day. All gas leaks or any gas-related emergency should be immediately reported to PGW’s 24-hour Emergency Hotline at 215-235-1212.
PGW offices will resume normal business hours on Tuesday, Sept. 8, 2020.
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, PGW’s five Customer Service Centers are closed until further notice. Customers may check their bills, make bill payments or obtain other information at www.pgworks.com.
As the City gradually allows expanded business openings to proceed in the coming days, PGW advises its customers and employees to stay vigilant by adhering to city, state and federal health guidelines to help end the spread of coronavirus.
