PGW OFFICES TO CLOSE ON JULY 3, 2020 FOR INDEPENDENCE DAY
Posted on:Jul 02, 2020PHILADELPHIA (July 2, 2020) –Philadelphia Gas Works’ (PGW) offices will be closed on Friday, July 3, 2020, in observance of Independence Day (July 4th). All gas leaks or any gas-related emergency should be immediately reported to PGW’s 24-hour Emergency Hotline at 215-235-1212.
PGW offices will resume normal business hours on Monday, July 6, 2020.
PGW’s five Customer Service Centers will remain closed until further notice due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
Customers may check their bills, make bill payments or obtain other information at pgworks.com.
PGW wishes our customers a safe and enjoyable holiday weekend. We also remind Philadelphians to continue to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 by wearing face masks, maintaining social distance, practicing good hygiene, and following the guidance of City health officials.
